Location
In which area of Rimini are you located? How far is the beach?
The hotel is located in Viserbella, on the northern coast, 5 km from the heart of Rimini and 200 meters from the beach. The Rimini Nord highway exit is 7 km away, the train station is 5 km away, and the airport is 13 km away.
Is there anything fun to do in the area?
The area is mainly ideal for families and couples: there are bars, ice cream parlors, shops, playgrounds for children, and regular evening entertainment
Are you close to theme parks?
We are very close to Italia in Miniatura, 37 km from Mirabilandia and Zoo Safari, and 20 km from Aquafan and Oltremare
How can I get around if I don't want to use my car?
Bicycles available free of charge, bus stop just a few meters away.
Services
Do you have parking? How much does it cost?
We have parking spaces available in the hotel courtyard or in a nearby courtyard, both of which are fenced but unattended. If not included in the offer, they cost €3 per day.
Are pets allowed? Is there an extra charge?
Small- to medium-sized pets are welcome in the guest room. A cleaning fee of €3 per day is required, or a minimum of €20 per stay. Pets are not allowed in the dining room.
What time are meals served?
Breakfast: 8:00 a.m. – 9:30 a.m.
Lunch: 1:00 p.m.
Dinner: 7:30 p.m. – 8:15 p.m.

Are meals buffet style?
Meals include a choice of two menus served at the table and a buffet with appetizers, side dishes, and salads. Breakfast is a sweet/savory buffet
How are intolerances and allergies managed?
Please note that we do not have a dedicated kitchen and cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contamination. Any dietary requirements or allergies should be communicated preferably at the time of booking or upon arrival. We will be happy to provide detailed information on preparation methods and ingredients for each dish
What does full board include?
Full board includes accommodation, breakfast, lunch, and dinner for stays of at least 3 nights. For stays of 1 or 2 nights, there is an extra charge. Half board includes only one main meal of your choice. Drinks enjoyed during meals are not included
What does the all-inclusive rate include?
Besides the room and meals, it includes mineral water, soft drinks, and local wine consumed with meals, 1 umbrella, 2 sunbeds per room on the partner beach (the one closest to the hotel), use of 1 beach towel per person with weekly change, parking space.
Does the partner beach allow pets?
Yes, you can keep them under your beach umbrella. Walking on the shoreline or swimming outside the hours authorized by the Coast Guard (early morning and late afternoon) is not permitted
Is the hotel equipped for guests with mobility issues? Is there an elevator?
Unfortunately, we're not equipped for guests with mobility impairments. An elevator with a 60 cm entrance door reaches all floors.
Is there entertainment?
There's no entertainment program at the hotel, but you can find it on the beach at set times. Anyway, the hotel organizes theme nights or evening tours to the historic center of Rimini or Santarcangelo di Romagna.

What services does the hotel have for kids?
In addition to cribs, bed rails, and high chairs, Solidea provides toys and board games in the lobby and on the restaurant terrace. Flexible hours and menus are available, and meals can be "customized".
Do you have agreements with theme parks?
We offer discounted advance ticket sales for all theme parks.

Rooms
Are the rooms air-conditioned?
Some rooms are air-conditioned, others have ceiling fans, and all have balconies. Please specify the type of room you require when booking.
Is there a fridge in the room?
Fridges are not available in all rooms, but can be provided on request at an additional cost of €5 per day, including one liter of mineral water. A fridge is available in the common areas for storing medicines.
Do the rooms have a sea view?
We're not located on the seafront, so you'll see the hotel's surroundings and the cool tree-lined street; there are only a couple of rooms with a glimpse of the sea
Do the bathrooms have shower enclosures?
Almost all rooms have a bathroom with a shower enclosure. Five rooms called “Argento” have a shower with a curtain. All rooms have a bidet, often inside the shower enclosure.
Do the quadruple rooms have bunk beds or regular beds?
Our family rooms feature a double bed and bunk bed; only three rooms can accommodate four beds

How can I confirm a quote?
You can answer the offer you got by email or WhatsApp and pay a deposit of €200 by bank transfer.
What happens if I have to cancel my stay?
The deposit paid will be fully refunded for cancellations up to 30 days prior to arrival, or 50% refunded for cancellations up to 14 days prior to arrival. In some cases, it may be possible to change the dates of your stay
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in from 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. (please confirm late evening arrivals)

If the room is ready, you are welcome to check in right away. If not, you may still check in, park your car, and make use of the beach services (if included)

Cash within legal limits, debit cards, credit cards, instant bank transfers.
What happens if I have to leave before the end of my stay?
As well as the days spent, you'll be charged for three nights' accommodation only, as per regional regulations.
